It is said that it takes 28 days to form or break a habit. So, what is holding you back from making today your day one? 

 

Some of the most common questions I receive are

It was changing my mindset, movements, and influences that changed my mind, body, and spirit. It was allocating time to focus on my mental, spiritual, and physical health that helped me grow and enjoy my journey more. 

 

I became more confident whenever I poured my energy and effort into the pursuit of progress and purpose.

 

For the next 28 days, I challenge you to be more intentional. 

 

Focus on accepting and assessing where you’ve been and aligning yourself with the attitude and influences that can lead you to where you want to go.

 

Feed your faith by giving your time and attention to seeking and communicating with God deeply and fully. 

 

Work on your fitness by detoxing and dedicating at least 30 minutes a day to some form of exercise.

 

By being more mindful of your motives and movements, you will not only improve your mood but also create a routine that supports progress and inner peace.
